Consultative roundtable on enforcement of IPR for North African countries

This activity aims to initiate a dialogue amongst key stakeholders including enforcement bodies (police and customs), regulatory agencies and IPR policymakers in North African countries on the effective techniques and strategies for detecting, monitoring and investigating IPR infringements. Factors enabling counterfeiting in North African countries would be exploited during this two-day event. Furthermore, the activity will facilitate the establishment of informal networks between the participating enforcement authorities, resulting in a coherent and well-organised strategy for interstate cooperation.
