Africa IP SME Helpdesk

The Africa IP SME Helpdesk assists EU businesses by organising training events, publishing IP resources, and replying to queries on IP issues in Africa through its helpline service.

The Helpdesk also actively raises awareness of IP protection and enforcement in the region through presentations at events, marketing campaigns, and fostering the visibility of IP matters in Africa through its communication channels. In order to enhance synergies with stakeholders and multipliers, the Helpdesk is also present across trade fairs and matchmaking events in the EU and Africa to connect and collect intelligence from EU businesses about their needs and concerns when entering new markets.
