AfrIPI hosts a Networking Session with the Africa University Master of Intellectual Property Stakeholders

On 6 December 2022, AfrIPI, in partnership with the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), hosted a Networking Session with the Africa University Master of Intellectual Property stakeholders. The event took place at the Miekles Hotel in Harare, Zimbabwe.

The event aimed to increase the visibility of the AfrIPI project and its impact on the Master of Intellectual Property programme. Africa University delivers the Intellectual Property Master’s Programme in collaboration with ARIPO and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). AfrIPI is among the partners who support this initiative by providing experts from the European Union Intellectual Property Office to deliver lectures at the university on European Union (EU) best practices, the most recent EU case-law, and the latest developments in the field.

Present at the networking session were the Masters of Intellectual Property 2022 cohort, Africa Univeristy lecturers, representatives from  AfrIPI, and ARIPO.
