Evaluation and support for the AU Continental Strategy for GIs

This activity in 2024 aims to support the AU in taking stock of progress in the implementation of the AU Continental Strategy for GIs (2018-2023), to be presented in several fora (validation meetings, the Consultative Committee, the side-event at the Africa Session during the 2024 FAO-CIRAD Worldwide Conference on GIs, etc.).

In addition, upon request by the AU, AfrIPI will suport the development of the future AU Continental Strategy for GIs.
