Support to the design and delivery of online training at the ARIPO master’s programmes on IP

Expanding the knowledge on IP in Africa is essential to create a strengthened IP network. It contributes to the development of human resources in the field of IP in Africa, creating a critical mass of professionals with the necessary skills to enable them to play a leading role in promoting the teaching, use and protection of intellectual property.

ARIPO currently delivers 3 comprehensive master’s programmes on IP in Zimbabwe, Ghana and Tanzania. AfrIPI will support the design of these programmes, and deliver some sessions, based on EUIPO expertise and sharing of EU best practices, as well as the most recent EU case-law and latest developments in the field.
