Technical support for the development of the legal framework for GIs in Ethiopia

In synergy with the existing activities of the project funded by the FDA and implemented by CIRAD, this activity will aim at providing legal expertise on GIs, especially by sharing to the Ethiopian Intellectual Property Agency and other interested stakeholders, the AfrIPI success stories on enabling legal and institutional framework on GIs in Africa. The technical legal assistance will also include the provision of recommendations.
