Training on patent drafting for ARIPO Member States

The objectives of this activity are to:

• support selected participants with patent drafting training;
• improve the patent prosecution knowledge and skills of university officials nationally, regionally and internationally;
• demonstrate the benefits of using patent information contained in databases;
• train university and technology transfer office research officials to effectively use patent search tools and conduct patent searches to retrieve relevant information for patent drafting.
