AfrIPI celebrates Europe Day

 On 6 May 2022, AfrIPI took part in the celebration of the Europe Day in Cameroon, which was organised by the European Union Delegation in Yaoundé. The event was chaired by the Cameroon Minister of External Relations – Mbella Mbella Lejeune in the presence of EU Ambassador to Cameroon – H.E. Philippe Van Damme, the Vice-President of the European Investment Bank – Thomas Östros, EU organisations, partners, dignitaries and friends. 

AfrIPI, a partner in the organisation of the event, used the opportunity to describe its activities and present the Africa IP SME Helpdesk through the projection of a promotional video, the distribution of fliers and branding of the event hall with visibility materials.

The celebration of Europe Day 2022 on the theme European Year of Youth, was an opportunity to reflect on what peace, cooperation and solidarity have so far built, and what the EU hopes to achieve in the future.
